1. The service at this hotel is consistently excellent, from the valets and front staff who greet you at your arrival, to 'behind the scenes' staff who maintain impeccably clean rooms, and promptly attend to your every need.

8. Plus: good size room, excellent wired internet (didn't try the wireless), good gym, business centre with free printing, liquid milk with the coffee maker - small touch, but so much better than the powder 'non dairy whitener'.
