1. I didn't care for the pillows - they felt really bouncy and thick - like latex pillows which weren't smushable - and if you laid down you neck was held up so high you are left staring at your toes rather than the ceiling.

5. We actually had rented a car for the night because we wanted to see Miami as I mentioned before the parking lot is protected by security gates so we felt very safe leaving our rental care there.

9. We all signed in the day before but the hotel made no arragements for all the people who were going and of course I was the last group but the first one on the list since the lady calling the people was the same lady that tried to get me for $40 so just be careful of the front desk workers:).
