1. The room was what's you would expect from a big, reasonable priced hotel, very good rest, great AC, top quality blinds for extra sleep after sunrise and a very decent breakfast.

2. The ONLY reason we even booked here and ended up having to ensure all of this was because we were advised they would drop us at OUR port, we specifically mentioned OUR port at least 3 times so evidentially they do not know the concept of listening.
