5. Unfortunately there was evidently a wiring problem and we had to move to a different room but the staff was very accommodating and even offered to pack our items for us (nice gesture even though we packed our own).

6. The R Club was very nice, with complimentary full breakfast (eggs (the best scrambled my husband ever had in a hotel), meat, yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast, etc) and evening appetizers (various cheese and jams, hummus, savory tarts, meatballs, etc) and complimentary drinks.

7. The only things I really missed from the evening appetizers was fresh vegetables and some sort of sweet - even a cookie would have been nice.

8. There is a small outdoor balcony that was very nice, with the exception of smoking being allowed.
