1. Everyone we spoke with on the phone, in person, and who came to our room (room service, housekeeping, etc) were so nice and welcoming.

3. Serving breakfast with a smile and then after a long work or play day, Khadija and Janette are greeting the guests with the same happy face and wonderful service as they welcome everyone back and serve cocktails and small party appetizers at 5:00.
