1. Across the street is the Sheraton, from which shuttles depart to jazzfest every few minutes (for $18 per person) and one can buy tickets (for $85, which is more than the fix cost online, but still convenient).

The facilities were above average, but the Ritz staff were not attentive to the details of cleanliness (rest rooms (frequently no hand towels, tissues and trash overflowing), convenience (no towels, headphones or water replenished as they should have been), and the Ritz staff were not as friendly as the Iberville (unusual for the Ritz chain).
