1. The hotel lobby is really nice and we sat and planned out our day a couple of times which was really fun.

6. The location is logistically ideal for venturing around the French Quarter as it is in the east corner so sightseeing and transportation is easy and fun.

7. You are on the end closer to Canal so you will need to walk five minutes to get to the central part but that is part of the fun of the French Quarter, wandering down the many streets.
