2. I finally had to call to get some towels and then that took an hour and when we left and came back to our room the maid had come in, decided to clean but left the garbage and soda cans sit there but had refilled our towels so now we had a lot of fresh ones.

7. I would never stay here again even if it were free, if you are interested in a hotel nearby on Camp Street, because I DO like the location, I would suggest the International House Hotel, it is beautiful, fresh, and this is where we came for drinks and tapas before going back to our room from hell.

Only thumbs-down were: limited free parking (spent $20/day in a nearby garage and only a few roadside spaces available), lackluster supply of towels and washcloths (no fresh washcloths and too few towels were left for one of the days), and virtually no outside view (two narrow windows masked with a plastic covering).
