3. The staff were welcoming and helpful and provided a security box in reception free of charge which was great as we didn't have to worry about leaving valuables in the room.

5. It's in a great location, only 10 minutes to both Disney parks and Universal/Sea World and it is quite easy to get out of the hotel property and find your way around.
