1. The rooms are not cozy or well decorated, the beds were too soft and we found it dirty.

8. The room has a kitchenette (which we only used to store drinks in the fridge and snacks in the cupboard) The beds were comfy perhaps a little soft, linen clean and crisp and you could ask for it to be changed whenever you wanted by placing a card on the bed for the maid.
