5. Who could design a toilet so badly, and how could a hotel choose such a poorly designed piece of such vital usage? Is fashion the only god to be worshiped, and all good sense be damned? The above mentioned items are unforgivable, and compromise for me any and all favorable ratings for the other conveniences of this hotel (and notice that they all are otherwise rated highly).
