6. Upon arrival I went to the bar to ask for a couple champagne glasses for later, and not only did they give me glasses, but also a champagne bottle bucket (i know its not anything huge, but it was great customer service.

7. If you value: cleanliness, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet, a kid friendly atmosphere, great $$ value, and last but not least friendly staff then this is your place.

8. My family and I were regulars in years past as this hotel presents the greatest value, great breakfast buffet, two pools, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and possibly the most kid friendly hotel in San Antonio.
