1. Overall, I continue to utilize this hotel for my buisness trips to San Antonio becasue Ms Wall and the rest of the staff sincerely care about the hotel's guests and the rooms are comfortable.

5. She was so busy handling issues here and there upon our check in , all the while maintaining a smile , and multi- tasking, She never lost sight of John and I taking care of checking us in as she took care of these issues.
