1. I was very impressed with staff responsiveness when I called down to the front desk to make a noise complaint late Saturday night, within 3 minutes the loud music was off and group of partiers by the pool area dispersed.

5. our first impression came as we drove around the back of the hotel after check-in was a pickup surrounded by broken glass - obvious a smash and grab - that explained the patrol car parked at the entrance when we arrived.

10. Terrible first impression hotel is under construction and the entrance was surrounded by what appeared to be workers on lunch break; yet it was eleven o'clock at night.
