1. The rooms are of good size, nicely updated and (in our room at least) had one of the better showers around (good water pressure and lots of hot water).

5. Admittedly, it is in a great location, direct across from the Convention Center, but I feel for this price, the hotel should be better updated, The shower was terrible, low water pressure and confusing on/off.
