4. After finally getting checked in I never got my snacks as a Diamond VIP, so I called down and told them that I would like the snack they told me that they will send it right up after waiting over an hour still no snacks.

5. but when you're like me, and you spent a great deal of time away from home and travelling for business, you really do want to stay someplace that's clean, convenient, up to date, and with good service that makes you feel welcome.

9. While some don'gt like the fact that the hotel is not located downtown, I frankly find the hotel's airport location one of its strongest selling points.
