5. We were greeted warmly and learned that we had been upgraded to one of the newly redone rooms - it was spacious, clean and comfortable and most importantly, it was QUIET.

8. I respectfully suggest that the HGI properties in Portland, Maine, and in Portsmouth, new Hampshire, are both better physical properties, and have staff that are just as freindly and guest-oriented.
