3. My son spent 3 1/2 months at The Ramada & was extremely comfortable, the room was spotless & he had his daily cleaning, towels, toiletries, breakfast, sheets changed every 2 days & help whenever he needed it.

4. Alam, the manager had helped me on the phone back in July 2011 to make sure that my son would be comfortable while student teaching in the Syracuse area.

5. having said that, I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean, albeit dated, and the continental breakfast, well, how can anyone screw up them, so it was as good as anywhere.

8. They were no help and informed us they had nothing to do with the hotel, aside from leasing their 'good' name, and that we would have to deal with the general manger of the hotel.
