1. My son was a student of Cortland University & could not find anywhere for him to stay except for the Ramada, they welcomed him with open arms & I have only wonderful things to say about them.

2. we arrived early than check in time, I walked into the front desk and before I even asked what time we can check in, the clerk just looked at me and said 3pm, not 'hello' , not 'welcome' , just 3pm.
