1. Spent two days before our cruise and found this hotel to be a delight to stay infrom the moment we arrived with their welcoming hot chocolate cookies to the time we got the complimentary shuttle to the ship the friendly staff could not do enough to make our stay a good one I highly recommend this hotel to cruise travellers if they are going out of San Pedroand the rooms overlooking the marine with balcony are just great.

2. We were given the extra cost upgrade per our request while making the reservation and had a nice balcony room right over the marina.

4. rented a limo through the hotel to get here from LAX - 4 people, 5 large bags - $95we are hilton honors so both rooms were upgraded to balcony and free great breakfast buffetlovely view of marinadinner in restaurant here reasonable and finenice lobby and internet stationsfree shuttle to cruise with reservations taken for thatvery happy with this hotel.

5. We were disappointed when as Gold we were not upgraded to the balcony room, but ended up pleased because the second floor room had a large, low to floor picture window that afforded a fantastic view of the marina - we were in room 207.
