1. The bathroom is small with black spots in the corners and ceiling.

2. When I called about the TV and bathroom sink and the noisy neighbors, they immediately knocked on the neighbors' door to inform them about the noise, and sent out a repair person within 1/2 hour of my call about the TV and bathroom sink.
