1. The bed spreads were dated and the blankets on both beds were either dirty or stained.

Well We Came And Stayed On July 24th 2010 : We Just Left Universal Studios Very Late And Could Not Wait To Get To Our Hotel, And Go To Sleep, We Had A Deluxe Room, So We Walk In And The Smell Was So Horible, But We Had To Stay, No Rooms Anywhere Else Available, At 1:00 am, So I Had Sprayed Perfume To Hide The Smell It Was Gross, Then When I Woke Up I Notice Blood Stains On My Sheets, Luckily I Wore My Clothes In The Bed, I Was So Mad And Disgusted, The TV Was Fuzzy & Snowy Every Channel, They Say They Have A Restaurant , On The Sign, Not True, At All, We Told The Manager All He Could Say Was Sorry, So MAD.

4. The next afternoon, I talked with the office that we needed some glasses for drinks, and then proceeded to tell her that this was the worst beds we have ever slept on and how the mattresses rustled and bed was so hard that I did not want to stay their another night.

7. Well first off room stunk when we walked in and then we noticed it was a handicap room and we did not need that kind of room so we tried to get another room and were told that was the only king size bed in the whole hotel.

8. So while they were trying to find me something else A man that had just checked in with his young daughter and his wife came in and he was carrying a needle that he found on the bed in a clean room bed was made so sounds like employees do drugs in clean rooms.
