2. Very nice room, seems newly refurbished, large space, comfortable bed, microwave, refrig, hair dryer, safe, large mirror on bathroom door, nice shower head, etc. Plus, it is not far from highway, so you can easily get to Los Angeles (about 20-25 minutes to LA downtown).

4. The bathroom had grout between the tile that appeared to be tinted green by the water (like the green on a leaky copper water pipe), mold in the grout in the shower, was missing floor molding (no pun intended), and the wallpaper was peeling in multiple locations.
