1. I was checked in quickly and got a better view room simply by asking.

2. We had a room on the second floor, with the window looking out towards the awning, so I cannot comment on the view, except for that there was a dead rat on the awning that crept us out so much we had to keep the curtains closed.

3. No view and a little noisy since we looked out on the acs but still slept great for bed was so comfortable and we smelled great from the products.
