When I got to my room, I was disgusted to find 1) one of the bathrobes had not been cleaned - it was dirty, damp and they hadn't bothered to attempt the standard tying of the belt 2) the earbuds pack in the toiletries jar was open and there was 1 left 3) there was no shampoo and only 1 bottle of shower gel.
