3. (In fairness, the concierge did offer the boyfriend his computer to use, but the connection was so slow that use could not in fact be made of it - particularly with folks believing the boyfriend actually to be the concierge.

5. having not received a call from the concierge as promised i figured it was housekeeping bringing up a plug adaptor I had requested (which by the way they do not have) but to my surprise there stood an intimidating looking leather clad delivery guy who practically threw my food at me and walked off without even waiting for his full payment, with his cellphone strapped to his ear throughout.
