3. The first problem was at check-in: despite having made a reservation for a room with king bed at the above price, the desk clerk said they had no rooms with king -- and thought he was doing me a favor by offering a room with smaller beds at a higher price.

4. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, but there were no non-smoking rooms available when I checked in, thus I had to wait several hours to check in; it wasn`t a problem, since I had friends who had already checked in and I was able to leave my suitcase in their room.
