did offer a 'roll-away' bed instead which was more comfortable but still not as good as a real bed.

Upon arrival at this Hotel I was informed by the front desk
manager
that there were no more rooms with 2 queen beds, which is what I had reserved.

My stay was booked for 2 nights so the next morning I went down to let the
manager
know the hide-a-bed was not comfortable and this was not the room I had reserved and could we move to a room with 2 beds.
