1. Walls are not that robust to keep out noisy neighbours, but to be honest we heard little noise after 9pm (everyone seems to eat at 6pm and then go to bed!) Nice pool, reasonably priced laundry and free ice.

3. There is a laundromat at the Seaside, which was very nice since we were traveling for three weeks and needed to do laundry occasionally.

7. The louver windows were open so all amenities had curfew to control noise, pool open til 6p, laundry til 8p, ice machine 9p and tv's volume down at 10p please.

8. The noise levels are noticeable as the walls are thin, but the management have placed signs asking to reduce noise after 10pm and prevent guests from using laundry, ice machine and pools in the evening.
