1. There was a mini-fridge in the closet (thought it was a safe at first), a/c, tub and shower in older style bathroom, a little lanai overlooking the carp pond, coffee pot, hair dryer in the dresser drawer, and I'd requested a microwave so that was in there as well.

4. - overall a good value-for-money optionMy only complain would be the bath tub - it was clean but it was small and I am 5'4'' and 120lb.
