There is a free
shuttle
between the resorts, which also stops in town, which runs every 20minutes or so between 7am and 11pm.

If you are staying at The Lodge at Koele, you may take the
shuttle
down to the FS Manele Bay to enjoy the pool, the beach, the Spa, and the restaurants, charging anything to your guest room account at The Lodge.

We took the
shuttle
into town to grab some soda's and alcohol at reasonable rates, about the same that we'd pay in a liquor store in NYC or 1/3 of what the resort was asking for a bottle of Vodka or Gin.

The same
shuttle
that takes you to the Lodge, takes you to Lanai City -- be sure to not go for lunch on Thursday's -- it's barge day and almost everything is closed.
