1. The location is perfect, the bathroom is spotless clean, comfy beds and perfect housekeeping, I belive this one is the best value of all the hotel on broadway we looked at.

4. We were unsure of how the tipping system worked for housekeeping - but we did eventually leave a 'thank you' note and a tip for housekeeping - our beds/linen were changed with greater efficiency and neatness.

6. Similarly, when I went looking for a place to get ice, I found some very creepy and dirty spaces (with the doors open) that were being used for housekeeping, etc. It was eery to say the least.
