4. and while all of these things sometimes lead to a staff acting oddly as if we are doing them a favor by visiting, this staff went out of their way to be sure we knew where things were, that we were in a room that was to our highest enjoyment, Emerald even held my purse for me so I didn't have to drag it along when parking the car and grabbing a Starbucks.

5. Parking was a snap (no easy feat in NYC) and very affordable with the hotel stamping our ticket (something no less than 5 staff members made sure we did).

6. We called when we were a few blocks away to ask about parking & were given vague directions to the parking garage, so we parked in the wrong garage which cost us more money.

7. Check-in was very easy and because I drove, was able to park my car at the Icon Parking lot at 54 and Broadway for 25$ night as a hotel guest.
