It's really not as bad, yes the carpet in the hotel was a little dingy but I we went next door to the Shelbourne and their carpet was nice but it had so many vomit stains so I think it's just the nature of SOBE and ppl drinking all the time, I didn't see any bedbugs or insects for that matter, our double bed room came w/ a couch which was a pull out bed so that was pretty decent, they allwoed us to check out 1 hour laterPROS: Great Location right on the beach, pool bartender Willie was excellent and the music was great, beds comfy (didn't spend that much time in the room), room service was excellent, bar inside hotel was great, although didn't eat breakfast staff was helpful finding other eating options, when it rained the hotel lobby temp changed so it wasn't cold while we entered drenched.
