Please do not waste your money in this dump, its VILE, Disgusting, words fail me that Miami Tourism Board can allow this pig sty to even run as a dogs home never mind a hotel missing the letter 'S' hostel would be a better word cleaning consists of making the bed, which are filthy, bathroom filthy, carpets filthy, floors filthy, windows don't close, hell hole is only words, staff are disgraceful, proper attitudes, $50 to check in early, should pay you $50 more like to be brave enough to stay here, the streets would be a cleaner option, fire lift certs out of date since 2008.

4. everything is walking distance, the beach is seconds away, Washington, Collins and Oceandrive (streets wit all clubs, bars and resturant) are withing minutes.

9. The hotel is in a great location, on the beach and not far from the Lincoln Street Mall where we spent time, we had a room overlooking collins avenue on the6th floor, it was clean although in some need of modernisation but suited our needs, we used the restaurant once for breakfast and that was enough, you were given a choice of 3 options, the staff here were not very friendly and then they added 18% to our check 'for our convenience', they did not like it when I then waited for my change.
