1. Upon learning it was from the Spa at Manele Bay, the concierge staff ordered a new one up to us on the next shuttle to the Lodge for my wife to inspect.

The concierge was great (particularly Charmaine and Patty) who booked everything for us - ferry tickets, rental car, jeep rental, etc. They also do a good job welcoming you to the hotel from picking you up at the airport to awaiting your arrival at the door with warm towels to freshen up, a glass of fresh squeezed pineapple juice, and flower leis - the Four Seasons think of everything.
