2. If, however, you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful environment with no traffic worries and the lovely option of spending time on a beach where there is always an available lounger or strolling in an elegantly landscaped upcountry property you may find a place, as we have, that you look forward to returning to year after year.
"Another Relaxing and Wonderful Experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/5/2012 Vote
3. A beautiful resort with luxury amenities, spectacular landscaping and lots to do both indoors and outdoors.
"A wonderful get away! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/2/2012 Vote
4. Very beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful grounds, landscape, turkeys, fish in the pond, minature golf, Koele has a beautiful golf course, and Manele Bay a well manicured course, if you play golf this is a must for you when visiting Lanai.
"Outstanding Hotel and Staff. Two great golf courses, Koele and Manele Bay. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/26/2012 Vote
5. Formal croquet courts (3) and formal lawn bowling arena, beautiful swimming pool, lake with koi and thoughtfully and natuarally landscaped grounds, perfect for strolls.

6. it was quiet, peaceful and beautifully decorated, landscaped, etc. Go for morning strolls in the garden---I loved the mango trees and tropical fruit trees, orchid house, etc..
"Unique, tranquil and relaxing stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/7/2008 Vote

"Honeymoon in Lanai " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/3/2007 Vote
8. Watch out for getting the car muddy, we got caught in a storm on our way back from the Garden of the Gods (red rock formations on a deserted Mars-like landscape) and were assessed an additional $40 cleaning fee.
"Away from the Beach but in the Clouds " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/1/2007 Vote
9. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and a stay here is truly a unique Hawaiian experience, as you are on Lanai's 'highlands' and thus not on the beach but in a more temperate climate with a bit less sun, lovely breezes, pine trees, etc. Our stay here reminded us more of Northern California than the Hawaii we experienced on the Big Island, for example.
"Lovely, but not up to Four Seasons standards " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/20/2007 Vote
10. Our balcony provided views of the landscaped gardens, lawn bowling facilities, and swimming pool and our room provided a secluded retreat from the rigors of modern life.
"Exceptional, again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/15/2012 Vote
