1. Surprised/annoyed I asked to see the manager and then things got a little surreal, Ruben went into the back office for approx 30 seconds when he returned he said that a room for four people had suddenly become available because someone in California had just cancelled their booking and that he wouldn't have to charge me but to keep it quiet as he didn't want the agent near us to know that he wasn't going to charge me extra.
