1. Small things like complimentary WiFi would have made the stay better - bed and breakfasts we stayed at in upstate New York managed this with no problem.

2. It is a boutique-y hotel, and not a large chain, which I like- but I do wish free wifi was offered beyond 15 minutes.

5. We chose the hotel because a daily continental breakfast was offered with the room, but we found much more when we arrived: great location - close to numerous museums and the reservoir but 6-7 blocks away from subways, but buses run on Madison Ave / rooms fairly large for many Manhattan rooms we stayed in the past / attentive front desk staff / business center / fitness center / in-room wireless and wired internet / rooftop viewing deck / updated furnishings and bathroom fixtures.
