The staff was very friendly and helpfull before and after we arrive (they gave us many advices of what to do, and they helped us to book all our tours, etc and also when we booked online we asked about the shuttle for going from the airport to the hotel and they saved us a lot of money telling us not to take a taxi but a shuttle company (they gave us the name of few and told us were they were in the airport, it cost us 16$ per person) we had a chek in late and also we request that we wanted to pay half day of the day we were going to chek out because our flight was at 10 pm and we could do it without any problem.

3. the only bad thing is that I had called and asked about shuttle tickets and was told they sold them,but they don,t-so if you have to take the shuttle-buy your tickets online, but if you can walk a couple of blocks-go up to harbor and for 1.50 each way the city bus takes you across the street from the park.

4. Serviced by park shuttles if you so choose (we never used it though - we always just walked back and forth to the park because it was a nice walk)Pro: Located right next to Anaheim Gardenwalk which was awesome.

5. There's another Super 8 to the north of Disneyland, so if you're catching a shuttle here, say, make you specify the right one.

6. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with this but thanks to the Disneyland Shuttle (don't catch this) offloading me a block away and having to drag my luggage on my own to the hotel, I didn't fancy hauling it up two flights of stairs.

7. The breakfast if simple cereal coffee juices muffins dounuts just what you need for a good power start in the morning to walk to Disneyland there is also a shuttle that goes there.

9. My only fault (which is minor compared to the whole stay) was after one friendly hotel staff offered to book our Super Shuttle to the airport, I returned the next day to the front desk with my flight details and I was told by a different employee to 'just book it yourself'.
