1. We got an excellent rate for this hotel from Priceline, which was a nice stay, however it lacked several amenities I hope for in a 3 star hotel.

7. This is an old building with high published rates ($200 a night) and lots of extra costs ($12 a night to park) -- and a poor competitor to Hampton Inn nearby (half the price and no problems or extra costs).
