10. On complaining again, we got a 9th room connecting mini suite (what we were to have in the first place), this took over an hour to finally get our room, and we heard the front desk person say that he didn`t care what we got - the customer service was awful, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned one day, on returning at 4 p.m. with no fresh towels, etc. I would NOT stay at the clarion again, the whole experience was not good.
