1. We were told to wait 7 days so that the general manager could be contacted and be able to make it right, with a follow up phone call from him.

3. After arguing with Travelocity and the hotel manager about a refund on at least a part of the 6 nights we had prepaid for, we left even though we were told we would get NOTHING back.
