1. Also when we got back for a break from Disneyland on Saturday our door lock completely fell apart with screws on the floor and we called the front desk to fix it and he wasn't too thrilled to fix it and said he would be out in a couple of hours-wow great service-not.

4. Most decent hotels believe in customer service & would do whatever it takes to get you your items.

5. The night staff did not bother to give instructions on the breakfast program, so when I went to the front desk about 7 a.m. to ask where it was, no staff was present and people came in and then wandered off as there was no service.
