5. My mother was trying to take a shower after a long road trip and had to get out of the shower 3 times to let the water drain, there was no hot water and it took her 1.15 to take her shower.

7. I think they must turn off the hot water about 8 at night because we took showers in the morning about 7:30 and NO HOT WATER we let it run for about 10 minutes and it was cold.
