6. asked for a complimentary check out for 12, were told off bluntly to pay for additional hour, as hotel is full and theres nothing she can do ; when when aksed to speak to the manager, the lady at check in grinned and left to call for the manager and returned after 15 minutes without a manager stating that she is willing to offer complimentary check out at 12.

9. Check-in was slow (20 mins) even though there were 7 or 8 staffs at the counter, but check out was convenient: just drop the key card off the box.
