1. Although front desk staff was friendly and the shuttle staff were super helpful, I had a few discouraging interactions with staff answering the guest services line regarding the difficulty I had getting wireless internet.

4. The information I got was contradictory, they sounded put-out with my questions, and it took 20 minutes to find out that I was supposed to ask the front desk to 'connect' me to wireless (why anyone should have to do this, I can't imagine; and there was zero information in the room about this).

9. my children ran out to get food for dinner, I had my hands full w/ a sleeping baby, set our entire meal down in front of our door for 30 seconds to lay baby down, came back to get and our entire meal was gone, i asked the front desk to check w/housekeeping, of course no one claimed to have taken 30$ worth of food, managment came to our door, was not willing to help us out at all (My husband was in meetings all day) and my kids dinner had just vanished, he did not offer us anything from the restaurant or any apology, he blamed it on other guests, when there was a hallway full of housekeepers, I was very upset with that situation!there restaurant was very highpriced and the food looked bad, I will never ever come back to this place.
