1. the Hotel itself was a wounderful place, however when a item were stolen from my room after i left for room service to come clean i was basicaly told tuff luck.

9. There is a 20 percent service charge on the room service, and its not clear if this is a gratuity or not, as there was another line to add gratuity on the bill.
