1. Although front desk staff was friendly and the shuttle staff were super helpful, I had a few discouraging interactions with staff answering the guest services line regarding the difficulty I had getting wireless internet.

3. Staff was very attentive, however the conceriege desk sent us to an arts district for boutique art shopping, only to find out all the shops are closed on Sunday, or now vacant.

4. After a very unrest ful night, the staff moved us to a nice quiet room in the other wing and even though we had neighbors in the adjoining room, we never heard them and the fan in our bathroom was not raging full blast like the prior room.
