1. Not near much other than the airport, so a rental car is needed to drive ~20 mins to downtown Denver, although some restaurants, gas station/convenient stores, etc. are nearby.

2. To tell the truth, I enjoyed this facility far more than I did the large downtown hotel in Denver that the convention was held at.
